In recent years, world-class on-road R/C touring car race events have encouraged the use of brushless motors in conjunction with event-controlled tires. To achieve success under such conditions, a fine balance must be achieved between handling and tire wear. It is with this in mind that Tamiya designers developed the concept of the brand new TRF416 chassis.
About the Model
- 1/10 scale assembly kit R/C model of the TRF416 chassis.
- New 2.25mm lower deck design emphasizes simplicity, while the 2mm upper deck has been lengthened.
- Front and rear bulkheads feature the same width while everything about the chassis down to the screw locations has been designed for optimum symmetry for better roll characteristics.
- In order to obtain maximum traction, both the motor and the center shaft positions have been moved back to shift more weight to the rear of the car.
- Drivetrain features front one-way, center direct-drive, and rear ball diff.

To answer growing demand for a more advanced nitro chassis that can provide new challenges, Tamiya now releases the TG10-Mk.2, which has been developed based on looking at the performance of the TG10-Mk.1 and TG10R, and customer feedback. Layout has been greatly modified with engine placed on the right side of chassis for improved air intake and exhaust efficiency, fuel tank and other heavy parts placed in the center, and overall center of gravity lowered for improved cornering.

Introducing our second release on the new TGS-R XBG chassis, the WRC Citroen Xsara. With the Xsara dominating this years WRC following taking out the manufacturers championship last year, the red, white and blue Xsara is proving to be one of WRC's most recognizable and most popular cars.
About the Citroen Xsara
The Xsara made its full season WRC debut in 2003, helping Citroen take out the Manufacturers Championship with driver Sebastian Loeb coming 2nd and Carlos Sainz 3rd. With these excellent results behind them, high expectations were a plenty for the Citroen team in 2004, and they haven't disappointed. The Xsara has dominated the 2003 season with Loeb winning in spectacular style in the snow in Monte Carlo and Sweden, and on gravel in Cyprus and Turkey. Half-way through the season and Citroen and Loeb have a healthy lead over last years Champion Petter Solberg (Subaru), making for an exciting second half to the season.
